Dear Cobble Hill Acupuncture Community,
It has been 3 years since the start of pandemic. Things continue to spin off to another dimension and change our lives.
Covid injected a lot of fear, uncertainties and instabilities in our lives, emotionally and physically. Over the past 3 years, I have seen the worst ailments cases of my entire healthcare career.
Many are experiencing high levels of anxiety, frustration, anger, impatient, and low tolerance. People changed their eating habits, exercise routines, having new addictions (drugs, alcohol), accident prone, slip and falls, and sufferings in different ways in our lives.
We are continuing to help this community to heal and stay strong. Hoping there aren't more delays to the relief and therapy I provide to the community. There are some updates for the clinic operations.
What we are doing during Covid-19 to protect our clients:
1. Inform us of past, present covid exposures, long covid symptoms
2. Masks are required in the clinic
3. Hepa filters are in the rooms
4. Hand washing and use of gloves
If you know someone, your love ones, your neighbors, your friend, who is suffering, having health problems, difficulty dealing with the current situation, please encourage them to come out and take care of themselves. Any form of self-care, treatments, exercise or people interaction can go a long way to help them navigate back to the important things in life. Get back to a sense of purpose and belonging in society. Turn off the news if it is affecting your health and wellbeing for meantime to reset your body. We are better together.
